Arte Sella 35

The project Arte Sella 35 is one of the two winners selected by the Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza for a monetary prize within this year’s open call. The project was presented by the Arte Stella association, born in 1986 with the desire to bring contemporary art within the Val di Sella in the Trentino region and have it dialogue with the nature that surrounded it. 

For over thirty years, the association has been the place where art, music, dance and other expressions of human creativity meet, creating a unique dialogue between human talent and the natural world. Thus, a synergy is born between the artist and nature where the latter is not bent or subjected to the artistic will but is rather the center and the muse for the works of art that will be created.

The winning project aims at celebrating the thirty-fifth anniversary of the association thanks to a series of initiatives whose goal is have a wider public come to know this reality. The celebrations for this important anniversary will see a string of events that will culminate in the realization of an educational documentary on the various steps of the work of Arcangelo Sassolino, world renowned artist and a symbol for the conveying of the generational and conceptual transition of Arte Sella and in the printing od a catalogue that will celebrate this milestone.
